• You have to have a BackStreet Boys page, NOT an Aaron Carter page. If your site is an BSB page w/ an Aaron Carter section, then its okay.
• No sites with too much cussing and stuff.
• If you already won this award once, don't try-out for it again. What's the point in that? Now, if you tried out and didn't make it, then redid your site or added more stuff to make it better, feel free to resign-up.
