Starlight, Starbright
The day has dawned and I cannot see the sun
It is hidden from me by these tears of pain
for once again I must say goodbye
and know we might not meet again
The stars are at their zenith
the moon it's brightest too
when I can hold this dream I have
and pretend that I have you
but then again the morning comes
and fire fills the sky
then all I have are whispy dreams
of being one, just you and I
I know at night when first this dream
fills my heart with light
that when it is the sky's turn for brightness
my dream fades, left in the night
And I must face another day
alone in this reality
and spend it with only my wish
of dreaming you once again with me.
