You have reached the page of BBQ-MAN....welcome and please come in. I live in Pasadena, Texas population a little over 120,000 folks here. Im located just southeast of downtown Houston about 20 miles. I am a bbq cooker mainly for fun although i will do professional cooking on occasion. I have entered a few cooking tournments and have won a few ribbons and tropheys. I took a first place trophey cooking in a bbq cookoff at the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge back in 1990. I basically just do it for fun but if im asked, i'll cook for anyone. My speciality is beef brisquets but i also do beef and pork ribs, chicken, pork chops, sausage and smoked turkey's. I also will fry turkey's and grill corn-on-the-cob on the bbq grill too. I also make beans and bbq shrimp and also Shimp or crawfish gumbo and shrimp or crawfish etoufee.
