format. After downloading the fonts you need Winzip
or PKZip
software to uncompress these files into .ttf
format. Before you can use them you need to install or copy these .ttf
font files first into your Windows
default Fonts
folder. For example into C:\Windows\Fonts
directory.
To
view the full keyboard layout and character mapping for any particular Bangla font
style and to insert special
charatcters like 'Juktakkhor' into a document you can use the 'Character
Map' feature of Windows from Start->
Programs-> Accessories.
