TEXANS AGAINST FALSE ALLEGATIONS

Texans Against False Allegations, (T.A.F.A.), is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating and supporting Teachers, Foster Parents, and other Child Care Providers in a fight against a system out of control. The Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services is conducting biased, KGB type investigations everyday. Child Protective Service investigators will conduct investigations of abuse and never give you a chance to tell your side of the story or produce any evidence to the contrary. They will involve law enforcement agencies without your knowledge that an investigation is even being conducted. They can take your children and conduct strip searches on them, no matter what their age or gender, and you can do nothing about it. They can close down your foster home, on a "preponderance of suspicion", without ever giving you the chance to be interviewed. You can lose your job and reputation without being contacted by CPS. You are guilty until proven innocent in their eyes. When CPS gets involved, you must realize that you are in the fight of your life. We need your stories to take to our legislature. We must all stand together and fight this system out of control. Email us and tell us your stories. All information you give us will remain strictly confidential unless you give us permission to use your story to take to the legislature.

TAFA finds child abuse by any person as totally abhorrent and completely unacceptable under any circumstance nor do we condone abuse of innocent families by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services or by the police.
