The Schwinn Homegrown Straight 8 is a downhill specific bike, which means it has no front derailleur and loads of travel (by the way it has a Rock Shox Super Deluxe on the rear). This is a very expensive bike, over $6000 (USA), and is therefore used only by Schwinn's DH team (and VERY rich people with nothing better to do with their money). So don't expect to see this bike out on the trails.
