• Exercise daily
• Sometimes a source of entertainment is the solution to a temporary problem
• Sometimes timing is the key to certain problems
• Eat nutritious foods
• Read a book
• Pray to the Lord Jesus Christ for help. he has all the answers.

Depression is a very common problem among people with disabilities. I even have depression and new medications are being tested all the time. I would recommend the Medication Zyprexa for those who are mentally ill and that can't sleep at night. It is a anti-psychotic and it is a very powerful medicine that has side effects which includes weight gain, but it does wonders. I honestly believe that the good lord told man to create that type of medication. Anyways, This website is dedicated to people who need help with depression.
