Ten Acre Heaven
This small ten acres isn't much
it's just a place called home
Away from cities' smog and such
a place to breathe and roam
The kids can play without the threat
of harm from dogs or cars
And when the nights are clear
the skies are clean and full of stars
It's not the place that we have planned
to stay for all of life
But as for now it's home
away from city stress and strife
We'd like to find a larger place
with big tall trees and grass
A place to raise some livestock
where a little stream would pass
But as for now we're pleased
with anything that God can give -
Ten acres - Him and me, plus three
is home . . . . . where we now live
