General Rules: 
This non-profit, free chess competition is open to all.
There are no dues, no services or products to buy. 
Everyone gets a chance to solve the SAME problems. 
Fill in the blanks to each problem and submit answers by e-mail. 
Include ALL VARIATIONS to prove you found the intended solution.
1 pt deduction for each incorrect fill, 3 attempts allowed per problem. 
Once you start sending solutions to problems, partial scores are posted.
You will receive a minimum score of 2 pts per problem for at least trying. 
Solutions are worth 2 to 10 points .. depending on their completeness.
In case of 1st-place tie, solvers might be challenged by a tie-breaker
to determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards.
