Kabalikat San Mateo was established in 1993, considered as one of the pioneers in the organization. The Chapter was then know as Kabalikat Manila South Chapter. Manila South Chapter was then comprised of members from Marikina City, Quezon City, San Mateo and Montalban from the province of Rizal. Sometime in 1995 the chapter lay low and was almost dissolved, fortunately in 1996, some of the members tried to save the chapter, led by Ceasar Romaquin (KB1715) 1701, the chapter recovered and boomed from then on. Since most of the members were located in San Mateo most of the operations were concentrated to the said vicinity. Because of this, Ceasar Romaquin (1701), Benjamin Diaz (1713), Miller Lagunzad (1705), Franco Diaz (1722), Mark Carpio (1735), Donn Santos (1704) and Michelle Uy (1710) on March 28, 1998 inaugurated the Kabalikat Marikina Chapter.
As of present, Kabalikat San Mateo is headed by Ms. Felvyn Rallos and the chapter continues to Serve Humanity.
