Open Computer Use and IS Team computer maintenance is
every Saturday 10am-12noon, and every Tuesday 6pm-8pm.
I have expanded the total class time by 30 minutes (15
minutes in each session) to allow time for the students to take their exam and
fill out the evaluation during the last 30 minutes of the second session. The students can stay as late as they wish
to complete the exam, and we will help them but not give them the direct
answers. The students right now will be
graded based on their exam score only.
The exam is an open-book test. A
student can choose to retake an exam or retake an entire course to improve
their grade. Later, we will have
printed worksheets and exercises for the students to use to practice during the
Open Computer Use times, and we may eventually make the completion of these
worksheets part of their grade.
