Duties
  • Primary developer for ASM Lithography Stepper/Scanner Equipment Interface.
    • Communication with tools using SECS and HSMS protocols.
    • Implemented a reticle tracking system and web front-end.
    • Data collection to allow for performing metrics and trouble-shooting.
    • Implemented a system to stream batches through the steppers. This increased the throughput by up to 10 percent.
  • Primary developer for KLA 5200/Archer Overlay Equipment Interfaces.
  • Secondary developer for TEL ACT8 and MARK8 Track Equipment Interfaces.
    • Help Primary developer with minor equipment interface updates.
  • Create multiple web pages that allow the customer to view data concerning the entire department's Equipment Interfaces.
  • Provide support for in-house utilities.
  • Y2k testing, verification, and updates.
  • Assist in the training of new Automation Engineers.
