- Primary developer for ASM Lithography Stepper/Scanner Equipment Interface.
- Communication with tools using SECS and HSMS protocols.
- Implemented a reticle tracking system and web front-end.
- Data collection to allow for performing metrics and trouble-shooting.
- Implemented a system to stream batches through the steppers.
This increased the throughput by up to 10 percent.
- Primary developer for KLA 5200/Archer Overlay Equipment Interfaces.
- Secondary developer for TEL ACT8 and MARK8 Track Equipment Interfaces.
- Help Primary developer with minor equipment interface updates.
- Create multiple web pages that allow the customer to view data concerning the entire department's Equipment Interfaces.
- Provide support for in-house utilities.
- Y2k testing, verification, and updates.
- Assist in the training of new Automation Engineers.
