Weather
We are very fortunate to live in the beautiful Hill Country
of Texas just outside of Fredericksburg. We raise registered
Angus Cattle. We use EPD’s to breed for moderate birth
weights and as much weaning and yearling weight as possible. This
results in medium framed cows that weigh 1000 to 1200 lbs and
bulls that top out between 1800 to 2000 lbs. We also select for
deep bodies, abundant muscling, and the ability to flesh out
quickly after weaning a calf. High fertility is a must. Our calf
crop weaned percentage is usually above 95%. Yearling bulls come
off their feed test and go on sale March 1st every year. For more
