Chain Gang is a family owned and operated Beagle kennel in Rockwall,Tx. located about 30 miles east of Dallas.Running out of an old converted horse barn.It doesn't make for the fanciest kennel in town,but it keeps the GANG warm in the winter and "SOMEWHAT" cool in the summer.This is Texas don't you know.
All our Beagles here at Chain Gang are BLACKCREEK,bred and or double bred through 11 AKC Licensed Winner FC & PPRC JONES STRATE TALK SONNY. FC JIMS CHAIN YANKIN FIDO is our first field champion out of Sonny and finished in 2006. He finished for his AKC Field Championship with 4 wins, 4-2nds, 5-3rds, 4-4ths, and 1-NBQ in four States, (Texas-Oklahoma-Louisiana-Mississippi) and three different Associations-Federations, (LSBA-DSBGF-UBGF). He won the first trial he was entered in and the last, he placed in eleven of his first thirteen trials. He's placed in AKC SPO-SP-GDB and Large Pack trials and finished with a win in his only UBGF trial. Fido is the reigning 2X LSBA High Point Hound and placed 2nd twice and 6th in his only three Championship trials. At this time he's only been run in three ARHA PP trials but has placed 2nd-4th-5th. Fido started trialing when he was three and he's presently six years old. He is the real deal.
