All these questions and no answers

Now for the longest time scents I began to play the game of yu-gi-oh all I see is people being mean to others and taking the game way to seriously that it is not even fun anymore. Like when I first started playing I went to a tourney I had 3 dark magicians  and 3x blue eyes. It was 3x kiaba deck with 3x yu-gi-oh decks everyone made so much fun of me. So I was all cocky thinking I have the best deck in the world I did not really act like it I was just thinking this. So my dad takes me and I am really nervous I barley knew the rules so I get there. I go inside and I enter to make matter worse I did not know anyone. All I remember is one thing and that is that everyone was talking about "Gemini elf" So this is back in like April 2003. So I go to this back table after I enter. Everyone all like let me see your deck so I show it to them and they thought I was joking and when they found out I wasn't joking the made fun of me yelling I am a newbie and I suck. So thought I will just do really good and prove them wrong. So I look at some kids deck who was actual nice to me and we are still friends his name is Nick. So looked at his deck it had all low monsters attack power mi thought like the most powerful thing I remember seeing was an 1800 monster. So the tourney starts I get out. Everyone laughed at me and i said " wait till next time you see me.

So one trade leads to another and so one and a put a few bucks into the game played with some expericed players and got some free card which I traded saved up bought a box of lon and then traded bought a few packs and traded found some cards and traded then and kept doing it. Then lod comes out and I go to back to the card store and buy 3 packs and get this new secret rare injection fairly lily.
Then I enter and get a pack with spear dragon and all I remember is in one month and 60 dollar latter this was my deck (not the same one I have now of course.)

3x hysteric fairy

1x spear dragon

1x bazoo the soul eater

1x injection fairly lily

and a whole bunch of 1800 attackers.

6 staples and some other crap

mirror force

imperial order

and other bad stuff.

You might say this deck sucks but it is a long way to come in month.

And now 4 months later almost 5 I have one 1st place 7 times 2nd like 4 and 3 is my average. I have become a vary expericed player and got many more better cards and now I run a hand disruption. with don zuloog and stuff.

I guess the moral of the story is trade your cards and people should be nice to beginners because we were all there once.  back
