Greg's Review: This is my all time favorite card well not that I think it is one of the best. This is right up there next to Jinzo and all of the others great cards we know as staples. I mean for as long as you choose to you can stop magics and that is owning the game environment. If you can get this out when your opponents has a few good magics you can really mess them up. This really makes me mad when I play a pot of greed or something and they activate this. Or I love it when they use riageki and I use this to kill it or when they use any magic for that matter. Also like I said if they have a hand full of magics or spells waiting to be used then this is something that you may want to use to really screw them up. Pro's negates magics can really mess up opponent Con's got to pay 700 negates yours too hard to get Overall beside the cons this is a staple play it or be prepared to loose a lot. This really makes a difference in any deck play it 4.9/5

Colton's Review: Just a quick note. In Japan, the life payment is optional. That means that you can simply choose not to pay the life during your standby phase to destroy it. I'm quite sure the card would be played this way once Upper Deck update its FAQ page. Imperial Order is amazing. At worse, it's a free Magic Jammer. You have to note that Imperial Order only negates the effect and does not destroy the magic cards. So, if your opponent plays something like Swords of Revealing Light, the SoRL would stay on the field. If your opponent uses Monster Reborn though, the effect is negated and Monster Reborn goes to the graveyard. If you can get Imperial Order out when it benefits you the most (ie you have little or no magic cards), you can lock your opponent pretty badly. I've been against the receiving end of Imperial Order and I can't tell you how frustrating it is to have a full 6-card hand but not being able to use them. Now you're probably asking how can you get rid of this card? Well, if your opponent just played it, you could counter it with Seven Tools of the Bandit or Solemn Judgment. Or, you could chain a Mystical Space Typhoon on it. Once it's out though, it's very hard to get rid off. You could use Trap Master, but no one really uses him... Another good alternative is Dust Tornado. Finally, you could just get Jinzo out to negate it. In conclusion, this card is simply too good. A definite staple IMO. That's probably the reason why it's going to be restricted to one-per-deck. Rating: 5/5 |
