Thousand Eyes Restrict

[Spellcaster/Fusion/Effect]
"Relinquished" + "Thousand-Eyes Idol"
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, other monsters cannot
change their positions or attack. This monster can take on the ATK and DEF of 1 opponent's monster on the field (a face-down monster results in an ATK and DEF of 0). Treat the selected monster as an Equip Magic Card and use it to equip "Thousand-Eyes Restrict". You may use this effect only once per turn and can
equip "Thousand-Eyes Restrict" with only 1 monster at a time

Greg's review:

The only thing that keeps me going through the week of cards I hate the most is this the fact that this is my 130 review and I love looking back and seeing what I wrote about a certain card when and where.

Ok thousand Eyes not a bad card but not one that should be played if you are a tourney person who wants to win. So what does it do?/

Well it lets you --------

fusion the two cards together and while this is on the field no monsters can attack with the exception of this monster. and you get to take on the DEF and ATK of one opponents monster and that about does it

Is it good?

Well I think no fusion out is worth playing in a tourney unless you are using it with the Magical scientist.

2.9/5  just like every fusion hard to get out and easily killed.

Spirit Reaper's Review:

Wednesday
Thousand Eyes Restrict
My buddy runs his deck around this, so I can't nock it to bad, lol.  Well, im not positive of the new Relinquished and Thousand Eyes Restrict Ruling (i think it does equal damage to both players from its battle damage).  If that ruling stands, then it sucks.  But if it doesn't, its not a bad card to try.  You can combo it with Magical Scientist and Catapult Turtle.  Bring out TER, steal a high attack opponents monster, then sac it to Turtle.  The fusion monsters for TER suck, yes, i mean Relinquished sucks, if you were wondering.  The no-attack is also very nice, but it doesn't seem to survive long enough in competative environments to do much good.  Try out a combo and see if you like it.

If ruling is true 0/5 for both Casual and Tourney
Without Ruling Casual 3/5
Tourney 2/5

Keith's Review:

Easiest fusion to get out. Scientist, Metalmorphisis, and the basic poly/gate. Using him with scientist is basically free monster removal. Suck up the monster, maybe attack and kill another, it's a 1000 lipe payment to destroy 1-2 monsters. With Metalmorphisis, just kill your sinister Serpant and get it out soon. The fact that it stops attack is pretty evil too. I don't recommend poly or gate for this one because you'd be playing the worst card ever, and Relinquished is just sort of iffy. Just stick with Metalmorphisis and Magical Scientist. Magic and trap removal justy really helop this card due to the fact that you can suck up more monsters and they still can't .

Casual 4.5 This card is very annoying

Tourney 3 With only 2 good ways to get it out, it's not too good, and one of them requires a Sinister Serpant.
