Greg's Review: Well a little interesting if you ask me it kind of reminds me of creature swap good but once you try it out it sucks. I can tell you right now this can be a good card I mean if you want to take back a monster reborn to reborn your jinzo that's cool it could win you a game and if you got a sinister serpent run three until it gets restricted if it does and only to two if it even does. So you get to take back a spell card but first you have to discard a card from your hand ah I don't know unless you have a combo set up it might not work. This is one of those cards if it works good for you play the thing do not be afraid to try it I think it is an average card a watered down/up of grave robber I think it would be cool if you could take back a trap or a spell. I give it a 3/5 it has it's goods and it's bads just like every card///
Siphon X 's Review:
Yet another card with Dark Magician on the front. To start off this CotD, let
me just say that discarding can never be good. (I always prefer Drain rather
than Jammer.) The card may have a good effect, almost like a Graverobber, but
in this case, it isnt as good as it seems. First of all, your opponent could
let you use Double Spell but then they may play magic drain whenever you go to
play the spell card you got. Chances are you wont have 3 magic cards in your
hand before this happens, but it could go worse. This is just a scenario, but
in the two weeks MFC has been out in my area, this has been seen by me at least
3 times. You need to have Double Spell and another Spell card in your hand as
you play it anyways. The card itself, just the activation of a Spell card in
your opponent's grave is an awesome deal, and it would see much more play than
it will with its discarding effect. This card won't see much play and will be
compared to a Graverobber.
Overall Rating: 2.6 out of five (slightly able to be used in tourney play)
