Phoebe is timid and quiet. She lets herself be pushed around by everyone. Her best friend is Helga Pataki, proving that opposites really do attract. Pheebs is brilliant, and will go to any lengths to retain her title as smartest kid in class.
She is nice to everyone, including to those who aren’t so friendly in return. She did, however, show her mean side in the first episode with Lila, and once turned into a Helga clone when she was elected hall monitor.
Pheebs is a Class A nrrrd. She is an Honorary Member of the YWNA, along with Dexter, Honker, Daria, and Oblina. Other than that, the biggest reason I like Phoebe so much is that she reminds me of one of my best friends, Meggie, who just moved to Hawaii. I also see a lot of myself in Phoebe, although, in addition, I am much like Helga. (That sounds rather contradictory, but it’s true. I know some people who might not agree, though.)
Phoebe has the beautiful black hair, skin tone, and silted eyes characteristic of Asian peoples. She wears a blue dress that looks more like an oversized shirt, blue slippers, and blue glasses. Her hair is in a ponytail sticking out of the front of her head.
So, in conclusion, WE NEED MORE PHOEBE EPISODES!
