Greg Guest's Skydiving Page
Most of the material contained on this page is about
SKYDIVING. Whuffos are welcome and encouraged to JUMP!!!
Roll your mouse over me to see my cheesy SuperPose
I've added a page dedicated to the memory of my friends Mark Woodings, Rob Puryear, and Jonathan Warden, all of whom were killed Saturday September 18th, 1999, when 'Ducky' crashed shortly after takeoff. Two other girls on their first jump also unfortunately passed away in the accident. They will all be missed terribly.
I AM NOW THE PROUD HOLDER OF THE COVETED 'ONE EYED DEER ASS' AWARD, HANDED DOWN BY JOHN CHOATE AT THIS YEAR'S SCRAMBLED AGS COMPETITION. THIS AWARD GOES TO THE SKYDIVER WITH THE UGLIEST FREE FALL. I SHOULD HAVE VIDEO OF THE DIVE SOON!!
I started skydiving in February 1999. As of 4/28/00 I have 170 skydives (1 from a chopper!!). I learned at AGS OVER
TEXAS in College Station, TX. AGS OVER TEXAS is where George Bush made his 75th
Birthday Jump. That's also where I attend Texas A&M
University (Whoop!). Unfortunately AOT was the scene of the airplane crash, on the day of September 18th, which took the lives of several of my friends.
I just got a Sony TRV8 and plan on starting to video skydiving as soon as my knee heals from ACL surgery. July 1st is my goal to get back up.
