Make Your Own Tangrams
What are tangrams? Seven-piece Chinese puzzles. They can be used to create millions of different figures. You can use them to make a complex figure, trace the outside edge of the figure, then give the puzzle pieces and the drawing to a friend and challenge them to put the puzzle pieces back in their proper places.
You can make your own tangrams. Just print this page, cut out the big square below, staple it to foam, and cut out the little pieces. Or, if the puzzle pieces are too big or small for you, you can right click on the picture below, click "Save Picture As..." and use your favorite picture editing program to enlarge or shrink the picture.
