Chuckie is the saving grace of the Rugrats quartet. If not for him, Tommy, Phil, and Lil would have killed themselves by now (if you don't believe me, watch the episode with his "gardening angel guy"). He is the oldest, smartest, and by far the most scared of the group.

Chas: No, no, that would really scare Chuckie!
Everything scares this little cutie, and I mean EVERYTHING! Dust bunnies, clowns, ants, you name it and he's afraid of it. I'm surprised that he likes Spike and Fluffy so much. It's amazing that his friendship with Tommy Pickles, his bestest friend in the whole world, is so strong. They are total opposites. When Tommy wants to 'splore the backyard, Chuckie just wants to play "roll the ball". If Chuckie wants to pick dampy lions, Tommy just has to climb "Big Kid Mountain".

"Susie said that I was a good dancer!"
Chuckie really looks up to Susie Carmichael. He tries to keep her happy and absolutely loves her praise. The look on his face when he talks about her is sooo cute!

"I'm gonna live my life the best any stuffed up baby ever did, ever!"
The Chucker is so nice to everyone, and is really lucky to have found such great friends. Any other babies might have taken advantage of his always ready to help personality. He even finds a place in his heart for Dil, who is trying his hardest to take Tommy away from him. Chuckie is usually very happy and energetic, although he is very pessimistic and is of a very inquisitive nature.

Chuckie has bright red-orange hair, freckles, and two buck teeth. He wears purple glasses, a blue shirt with a Saturn-looking planet on it, and green shorts with yellow squiggles on them. His red shoes are always untied.
