Full Name: Icarus
Age: 16 or 17-ish
Occupation: high school student, guinea pig
Voice: French Stewart

Son of Daedalus, inventor of, among other things, the infamous Labyrinth that held the Minotaur, Icarus is most famed in Greek mythology as an insubordinate. When he and his father were attempting to escape the Labyrinth where the King of Minos had imprisoned them, Icarus decided to disobey his father and fly towards the sun (apparently, the physical properties of wax had not been properly explained to him). Appropriately, in Disney’s take on Greek mythology (such as it may be…), Icarus is a bit…fried.

Scheming...

When Hercules arrives at Prometheus Academy, he immediately falls in with the unpopular crowd. Which, of course, consists of Cassandra and her unrequited admirer, Icarus. The young man is terribly love struck, convinced that he is actually in a romantic relationship with “Cassandy-Wandy.” What might in another be considered creepy stalker-like tendencies come across only as slightly irritating and terribly embarrassing behavour when tempered by his sweet, well-meaning personality. This doesn’t excuse his obsession, it merely allays it.

On top of it all, he is crazy insane. Which is fun. All in all, he’s a great friend, if a bit confused and incredibly dense in some areas.

Icarus Quotes:
~"Gym. The bane of my existence."
~"But is she a nice demi-goddess of vengeance?"
~"Oh, cool! I’m gonna make me some magic socks!"
~"Welcome to the cafeteria: Bad food in large quantities."
~"Wow. Two heads. Oh! You can eat AND think at the same time!"
~"Stick to original evil plan or accept this new wrinkle in my life...hmm...Evil plan."
