Chapter 10 They are back
Hanson where back to Tulsa, finally the tour was over. I was at the airport at 5 pm, an hour before they where supposed to arrive. They announced that Hanson’s plane arrived, we walked towards the gate, it seemed like an eternity till they came out. Zac saw us and pointed at us and they came towards us. Annie and Zac kissed for a long time, it was so sweet, and Taylor kiss me on my cheek. I wondered if the romance was over....
“How are you?” he asked without looking at me.
“Fine and you?” I answered, he grabbed my hand and we walked over to my car. Zac and Annie went in the back sit as always.
“How was the tour?” Annie asked.
“Really cool!” Zac answered, Taylor looked lost in space. “Latin fans are so loud, it’s just awesome”
“Earth calling to Taylor” I said giggling.
“Uh? What?” he said and I started the car. “I am so tired,” Taylor said, he turned the radio on a classical music station.
“Of course you are Tay; you have been touring for two months” Annie said trying to sound mature and understanding.
“I missed you so much” I heard Zac saying to Annie. Zac and Annie started laughing about something. I was looking outside my window and I got disturbed. Taylor yelled at Annie and Zac, he told them to shut up. I looked back at Annie who was as confused as I was.
“What the hell is wrong with you?” Zac said loudly to Taylor, I just hoped they wouldn’t start a fight.
“I am tired and I need to rest and you and Annie start laughing like if you were five years old. Can you just be quite till we get home?” Tay was so rude to Zac that we all stared at each other looking puzzled.
There was a long silence till we arrived to their house. I parked my mom’s Blazer and we all got off the car quietly. I went over to talk to Avery that was playing with Jessica and Annie followed me.
“What the hell is wrong with Taylor?” I asked Annie, I was puzzled about his behavior. He used to be such a nice, sweet guy; always nice to his siblings.
“I am puzzled as you are” she said, “What if he…” she lowered her voice “Is using drugs?”
“No, I don’t think Taylor would be into something like that. He has always been against drugs” I said defending him, just the idea of Taylor using drugs made me change the subject. He was to perfect to be into something as stupid as that.
“Hey girls!” Ike said coming towards us, “How are you?”
“Hey Ike!” I said “Are you tired?”
“Yes why? Where’s Taylor?” he asked looking around me.
“Probably talking to your mother or to Zac, I dunno” I told him.
“How come? I heard Zac saying something, but I didn’t pay attention”
“He was very rude to Zac and me on the ride” Annie informed him “He has been acting weird lately”
“I think we should better get going” I said changing the subject, “You guys need to rest”. I went to look for Taylor, I just wanted to say bye and well at least get a clue what was going on in his head.
“Taylor” I said approaching to him and hugging him sweetly.
“Yes?” he was calmed now; he looked at me and smiled.
“I think I should better go,” I said lowly, “You need to rest”.
“No it’s ok” he said.
“I also have to arrive kind of early to my house; my parents are going out tonight”
“Do whatever you want” he said coldly and drank some coke.
“Whoa…Taylor what is wrong with you?” I asked nervously, he looked at me and left. What the hell was wrong with him? I decided to leave, he was so unpredictable.
“Well bye!” I shouted at him and left his house. “Come on Annie we are leaving” I said, she was in the front door with Zac and Ike.
I left Annie at her house; I needed to be alone. What's wrong with him? I thought about what Annie just told me and I couldn’t even think about Taylor doing drugs; it was a stupid and silly idea. I drove to my house and after about ten minutes or so Taylor was ringing the door of my house. He had changed his clothes; he was wearing jeans, with a white shirt and on top a blue sweater.
“Hey” he said softly, I didn’t tell him to come in.
“Hey” I murmured.
“I am sorry about today, I can’t believe how bad a treated you. Princess I am so sorry, I don’t want to loose you,” he said holding my hand.
“Tay, all this time I have seen you, you have really hurt my feelings” I had the courage to say.
“It won’t happen again, I promise” he said and winked, that was so cute.
“Can I ask you something?”
“Sure, anything you want”
“Are you huh doing drugs?” Taylor looked at me shocked, I would be shocked too if he asked me something like this.
“No, of course not, Tina”
“Oh, thanks for being honest” I said kissing his cheek “Would you like to come in?”
“
Yeah sure why not” he said and we went to my bedroom.
