First of all we want to thank everyone who has contacted us concerning Shannon's bookmarks. Your notes of appreciation and encouragement have touched us more than we can say.

For those of you who have asked about sets of bookmarks... There are twenty-three different bookmarks in a set, and they are a compilation of Shannon's Journal entries, poetry and art work. In order to keep track of the requests, we ask that you drop us a note by U.S. Mail with your return address. We are once again in a position to offer the bookmarks as our gift to you. Our hope is that in getting to know our Shannon a little better, your hearts will be opened and your spirits lifted and if you have an opportunity to offer a kindness to another, you will do that in the memory of all of our Angels.

Our Angel Garden

For Shannon's first birthday in Heaven, we created our first Angel Tree. We needed to create a living memorial to the people who have blessed our lives with theirs and are now with Shannon. We laminated the photographs that we received and attached them to our little weeping fig with pastel ribbons and added lots of little windchimes..... the effect was magical. The beautiful faces of our "Angels" fluttered in the breeze and no one entered or left our home without being reminded of their presence. Our Angel Tree has grown and is now a garden. We celebrate the lives of over one hundred and fifty very loved "Angels" and their families offer us a circle of friends who know our hearts as we know theirs. If any of you would like to include your "Angels" in Shannon's Garden, just send a photograph.... I will copy and return it... or create another Angel tree where you are.
