TS2 - The Second Thinskull Guitar

After finishing TS1, I decided it was so cool I wanted one too. I had an old Aria Pro II body that had been laying around getting used for all sorts of unguitarlike things (I used it as a candle holder for a couple of years) I started carving on it and building it up in the same manner as TS 1, so I won't go through all of that again. It originally had a tremelo, 3 pickups and 3 knobs. I filled in all but the humbucker hole and filled the tremelo hole too, and made it a string-through fixed bridge instead. The tremelo post holes were so worn out, they wouldn't stay in with strings on it, so...
When I did Robert's TS1, I wanted to make one of the tusks look like it was broken. He vetoed it, so I did it on mine instead, and where the armrest contour is, I made it look like the skull had been bashed in.

Here's some pictures

These next 2 pictures show the contour around the eyes and cheek areas pretty well.

I used textured car trunk paint for the back, sides, and all of the black areas and painted them black (the paint is gray when you get it, so...). As you can see, I left the tremelo spring cavity open. I'm thinking about putting a bullet in there and making a clear cover for it that says "Break Glass In Case Of Emergency" or something like that.

I needed a neck for it, so I found a 22 fret Johnson neck on eBay for $36. I inlaid the word "THINSKULL" in it where the fret markers were using letters cut out of a red plastic clipboard. On the 12th fret I put Robert's Thinskull T-shirt logo. Not sure exactly what it is, but there it is.

I also didn't want just a plain looking headstock, so I used my Dremel with the sanding heads to make hooks in it

...And here it is in all it's glory...
