"A Little, A Lot, At Most"
A little saddened, a little maddened
A little impatient, a little blatant
A little brunt, a little up front
A little sulky, a little bulky
A lot displeased, a lot diseased
A lot pathetic, a lot synthetic
A lot unsparing, a lot overbearing
A lot known, a lot alone
At most, I boast, at most, I toast
To the gross ghost living in the youth
At most, almost, at most, I post
My innermost roast on finding truth
Know I come from the coast
The host of the most jokes
About time you folks spoke
To God about your thoughts
To prove your doubts wrong
Don’t be mad any more
Don’t seek revengeful chores
You’re just putting yourself
Farther away from all else
You owe yourself comfort
It’s what you deserve
Love what you’ve got
Whether a little or a lot
At most you’ll know the truth
It’ll provide some use
