"All In All"
I’ve realized all in all
How much I have in this world
A life so good that I wouldn’t trade
Perfected with a family so loving
Along with my magnificent girl
Hiding behind a window shade
Knew this guy Allen All
He didn’t think he had much
He needed a reality check
So I gave him some vices
Since he never had “enough”
Had a little sister so pretty
She moved out into the city
Now he misses her genuinely
Wants to be so sin free
Seen the light, now wants to admit
Got a girl so nice and trustworthy
When she jokes of another guy, he takes it seriously
He’s so flat, doesn’t accept her honesty
Seen her smile, which he loves, admonishingly
On her forehead, he kisses her, sayin’ goodbye
He’s asked for forgiveness since
Got him back in the right mindset
Needed just a good swift kick in the rear
Now thinks of life differently so I hear
Never thanked me for his encounter with enlightenment
I don't want the credit, as long as the job gets done
