Distracted so I can not think
So confused, but not so extinct
The common factor, a quick link
But mysteriously it wants you to blink
Frailty in it’s shapely form
God’ll let us get away with it, He’s the Lord
Of everything you may not believe
But He’s got more tricks than you’ve got aces up His sleeve
Mindblown – time gone – homegrown – traded thoughts pawned
Weakening the deaf, revoking their vocals
So no one can hear, speak, or see – not even the locals
Christ says this, it’s in the Bible
Christ says that, I’ll hold Him liable
But you, YOU will not trick me
As others have sung unto me
Slain at lover’s lane
And tame and the team’s game
Executed but prosecuted
Under law, how we all see-saw
No one knows their own strengths
But like I said, I’m distracted, so I can’t think
