I’ve got to concentrate instead of having fun

I’m tired, beaten, and beckoned by where I come from
Walkin’ around when I should be stayin’ in
Studying the ground instead of in my pen
Lookin’ over books again and again
Wasted my life trying, I have no friends
Look me over and I can barely stand up
I should have tried harder

No use now for me, my destination’s farther
