My eyes water and like to twitch
My hands numb, like a switch
My nose is so annoying with this itch
My face is too red, and pimples are a b****
But these are all things you know
Just some side effects when ya grow
The acne years, puberty, and voice ranging
The things guys go through for some changing
My voice went up real high to a pitch
My cheeks are sewn up with some stitches
My chest is mis-shapened, not a model for Fitch
My way of life is simple, I found my niche
My complaints are too many to list
My restraints are that I hate to be dissed
My athletic ability is with the ball in right field, missed
My intelligence makes up for what I lack, I insist
It didn’t take forever to get kissed
It didn’t take forever to shape my fist
It didn’t take forever to learn I was dismissed
It didn’t take forever to change my ‘tude to pissed
…and I grew.
