Just because you think one way
Doesn’t mean that someone may
Agree or disagree on an argument you’re winnin’
What you say is not fact – it’s your opinion
Give it when asked
Don’t be an a**
And interrupt
That’s why everything is corrupt
In this world – you’re thinkin’
You can shout out your opinion
But not everybody’s listenin’
It’s in your head that people care
It’s something everyone has to share
Not the only one in the abundance
Telling it to sit back and take a substance
Acetaminophen, good enough?
Or is your conscience too tough?
Don’t force it on me
You’re too damn haughty
To understand my organized plan
You’ll get to talk eventually, man
We’re back in school – Raise your hand!
Is it really that important?
I bet you just claim
That because you’re impatient
Hesitance gets you places – “What’s your name?”
“Do you have an opinion?”
Wait for that certain minute
Patience is a virtue
And a clue
That you’ll get to speak it
