Lady Jazzmin's Journey  Merry Meet and Welcome to my garden! I feel that I should tell you a little about myself so you know where I'm coming from. I'm Lady Jazzmin, an ecclectic solitary Wiccan. I live with my wonderful husband, my darling son, and our 2 hamsters on the beaches of Virginia. Though I now walk the path of Wicca peacefully, it wasn't always so. I was raised Christian, grew up in the Mormon church and later transferred to United Church of Christ, but I never really felt at home. When I began practicing magick I ran into some major conflicts between my beliefs and the church. I had a tough time making my two "selves" mesh. To make a long story short, I was soon in over my head. I came to realize that I wandered off the main path, and had gotten lost in the magick. I never really took the time to study Wicca, the religion. I focused only on the magick and without a clear understanding of the why's and how's, I became very careless. Needless to say my sloppiness came back to bite me. That's when I stopped practicing and stopped going to church. I needed some time to gather myself and do some serious reflection. I've recently found my way back to the path I started on. I've hopefully learned from my mistakes, and am ready to try again. I'm studying wicca in depth for the first time, and seeing a whole new light. I'm not currently practicing magick, but someday (maybe soon) I'll be ready to take that step.
