Mike really had some bad luck. By the end of the race his car was only running on 7 cylinders. We really do have score keepers that are not to sure of what is what. They mess up the positions on the restart or after the yellow flag. At one point Mike was chasing the 5 car and then all of a sudden, after the yellow flag he was overlapped by all. I guess that we will just have to refer to the Ukiah Speedwayfor the officials results.
Stephanie was just doing a fantastic job. We are all proud of the job that she is doing this year. She was running in first place in the "B" Main Event, and with 6 laps to go she was disqualified for aggressive driving. They want her to slow down for a few races, but you don't win that way. She has stated that she will not give up and that when out there she is there to win.
