~*Chapter 1*~

"Common guys I came here to hang with you and go on rides not to sit through another concert," I yelled at my friends as they dragged me to Tommorow Land concert area.

"Erin we need to get your mind off that jerk of the year! Now some cute guys in tight pants could help," Jen said dragging me.

"Like you guys would understand you two have gorgeous boyfriends who think the world of you. I'm a loser," I added.

"Oh gosh just have some fun," Becky said. I had just turned twenty-one and had stayed in my small beach town while all my friends went off to Universities and other collleges back East. I had a comitted relationship to someone and wasn't willing to change my location. "Your thinking about A.J. again aren't you?" Jen asked.

"Gosh you guys know me too well," I cracked a smile. We had spent the whole day at Disneyland I guess this was their way of trying to get me not to think about him. But it wasn't working. We made our way through a crowd of girls to the front of the stage. Some guy introduced a group called BBMAK and three guys bonded onstage with guitars. Yeah they where cute but guys who sang never had any intention of being nice. I made my arms into a pretzel and stood with a glare.

"Damn!" Christine yelled as he hung up his cellphone.

"Talking to Jamie again?" Mark asked.

"How did you know?' I asked.

"Well it seems like everytime you two get off the telephone you curse," Ste interrupted walking through with his guitar.

"I thought you broke up with her so you didn't have to do that anymore?" Mark asked.

"Guys no more talk about Jamie it just makes me sick," I replied.

"Sorry Christine," Ste said patting him on the back. Women where all wrong for him. Jamie never respected his career so he never payed attention to her. It wasn't his fault, he tried to make their relationship work. He was put back into reality and heard the MC announce it was time for his group to hit the stage. Christine put on the smile and bounded onstage. The first song began to play and he scanned the crowd. Girls holding up signs and screaming their name...the usual. There wasn't as many as Euyrope but this was America success didn't happen overnight. His eye was drawn to a girl standing with her amrs folded across her chest. She was gorgeous stunning in his eyes. But he couldn't let his heart get broken again. He just smiled and she glared.
