Sr 105 starts at Jct US 101 on the north side of the Willapa River in Raymond. From Raymond, SR 105 heads west along the north side of Willapa Bay, then north along the Pacific Ocean to the Westport area, then east along the south side of Grays Harbor to Aberdeen. South of the Chehalis River in Aberdeen, SR 105 ends at Jct US 101. An SR 105 Spur links the SR 105 mainline south of Westport with Westport. SR 105 is 48.56 miles long. The length of the SR 105 Westport spur is 4.04 miles.
Before 1964, SR 105 and SR 105 Spur were parts of SSH 13A.
