US 410 (decommissioned)

US 410 was part of the original US Highway system of 1926. 410 ran from Jct US 95 in Lewiston, ID to Aberdeen, WA.

In 1962, paving was completed on the Lolo Pass highway between Lewiston and Missoula, MT. US 12 was extended west from Missoula to Lewiston in 1963. In 1967, the US 12 designation replaced most of the US 410 designation from Lewiston to Aberdeen. In the Cascade Mountains US 12 crossed White Pass rather than Chinook Pass, crossed by US 410. Former US 410 from Jct US 12 near Naches to Sumner is now SR 410, from Sumner to Tacoma SR 167, from Tacoma to Olymia I-5, from Olympia to Mud Bay US 101 , and from Mud Bay to Elma SR 8.
