Ah. Scheme. Just my favouritest
language ever. Any language in which you can write to files, but
not overwrite them...
Here's a humourous analogy I've
worked out:
In C, if you wanted to open a door, you would simply open the
door.
In Scheme, if you wanted to open a door, you would instead build a
new building, where the door is already open.
On another note - gotta love paying R500 for a cellphone/USB
cable, where the plug spontaneously jumps out, and the actual
cable is faulty... |

My friend Jason Robinson was killed
in a car crash last night...
>ping Jason damnit... |

That was... just so so horrible.

We have just seen the most horrible,
worstest most baddest (in a bad way) movie ever. It claimed to be
a zombie flick. We, believing and innocent, rented it. 28 Days
Later is the worst pile of crap we have ever had the misfortune to
blunder into. Go read our review, before it's too late. |

All the pieces seemed to fit into place.

We've noticed from our guestbook
(no, really, someone signed it), that people appear to be having
trouble understanding the principles behind Eeyorism, specifically
the spelling for some reason. Thus, a summary has been created,
and placed in the Rants `n Raves section. Insofar as it is
possible to summarize a lifetime at least. |

Apparently some people have been
visiting this site. Even though it hadn't been updated in about a
year, some strange strange folks still persisted in their optimism
and bothered our poor server with their requests. Now, we have no
way of finding out who you are, but we can see you through your
computer screen. Leave now, before it's too late.
Okay, everyone who's left. Look's like we're back, at least for
the moment. <rapturous applause>
Thank you. |
