The portal from the Forest Realm drops you gently on your feet in two inches worth of unkept grass. You gaze around inquisitively. You stand on a five feet wide path of clear grass that seems to stretch on forever. The birch trees are lined up in near perfect rows all around you, even behind you. There leaves are just beginning to unfurl and a robin perches on a branch near you. It sings a short little tune then looks at you curiously tilting its head. You smile and watch it take to the wing only to notice something very strange. A thick mist, that seems to sparkle in the rising light, is crawling sleepily between the trees a few feet away from you in all directions. You glare at it for a moment but shrug it off and begin your trek down the grassy path.

You walk aimlessly without a care or thought and begin humming random tunes of your favorite songs. You drift off into a daydream, your feet marching to their own beat until a cold wind rushes passed you. The mist that was keeping its distance suddenly washes over you and your sent twirling. Your head spins and a warmth envelopes your mind giving you a sensation of falling but your feet are firmly planted on the ground. You close your eyes as you spin and finally stop. You take a breath before opening your eyes. The birch trees are now dazzling with fire-colored leaves and the wind is brisk almost nippy. You blink but continue on. A chill crawls quickly up your back and you are left paralysed. The mist covers you again like a warm, wool blanket and you open your eyes to yet another scene. The air is warm with a slight breeze and there is still emerald green grass beneath your feet. The sun is high in the sky kissing the autumn leaves and setting them ablaze. But now untouched clouds of snow crest the ground around you and frost nips at low leaves and grass. Again, you march on without regarding this strange phenomenon simply because of Lady Reaper's warning that these dimensions have wild Magick still slithering in high concentrations. The mist, you figure, must be one of them.
You follow the path lined by trees like some royal crown greeted by proud knights. You walk a bit further, free of mist, until the trees split out encircling a cozy, small clearing. Frosted flowers sway gently in the warm breeze and a few patches of snow dot the area. A sparkling and very deep pond covers at least a third of the area. Budding flowers are gathered around it dotted with dew. Dead center is an elegant and wise oak tree, you watch a leaf fall gracefully from a high branch. The rust-colored object flitters in the breeze and passes over the soft, deep eyes of...

A Unicorn! Your keep dead silent and nearly stop breathing altogether. From what you've read, they're easily startled. You swore Unicorns were always white, as the myths often state, but she is several cool colors. Her coat is white and purple with a silky blue mane. Her tail is tied neatly with a dark green bow. Her horn crowns her like an elegant princess but she hasn't noticed you yet. Her eyes are locked on the pond and she jerks her head with a playful whicker as water splashes toward her. You look curiously over to the waters you had so quickly disregarded. Lady Reaper floats placidly in the clear liquid, neck deep and apparently floating. You watch the pony-sized Unicorn trot over to the edge of the pool. She stretches out her neck and then snorts.
"Come on Wysh! The water is so fine and refreshing." The cat-morph extends a white, black-striped hand. The Unicorn, Wysh, nearly dips one hoof in the water but swiftly backs away and trots along the rim. She stops again and sniffs the water. "Are you sure about this?" She asks tentatively with slight anxiety. "No worries, Wysh, promise." Lady Reaper grins confidentally and the mare nods. She stands bravely, head and tail high, and takes a deep breath before plunging into the waters. She swims around cautiously at first and then begins to laugh. "Over here, Wysh," the feline guides her to a spot where the mare can stand with part of her shoulders out of the water. She shakes her dripping mane showering Lady Reaper in water droplets. They laugh harmoniously together and you step closer. A twig snaps beneath your foot and their eyes fix on you in a heartbeat. You smile sheepishly and wave. Lady Reaper blushes vividly and you here Wysh laughing even more joyously. The feline swims to shore and crosses her arms on the ledge while resting her head on them. She regains her calm air after only a moment's panic and smiles coolly. "Well, Fair One, so nice of you to say hello." She glares at you with a smile and her attention falls on the Unicorn mare as she swims to her. With a little help from Lady Reaper, Wysh leaps onto solid ground. She trots up to you and bows her head allowing locks of her sodden blue mane to fall over her eyes. You notice, as you stare into those portals of her soul, that you can see images of the forest through its many changes. You watch an owl swoop over the moon in the night and deer sprint through the birch trees in the rising of the sun. Robins singing and dancing in the spring skies and then fiery leaves littering the forest floor. The mare shakes her entire body from head to tail tip drenching you with the water from her bath. Wysh giggles and bows her head again. "Sella li, dear traveller, my name is Wysa'wyshil." She smiles and it sends ripples through her eyes and you see yourself reflected in those deep eyes. You notice it is not exactly your reflection though it feels like it is you. You only see a figure of color and a ribbon trapped within it swirling in a pattern. It reminds you of a fingerprint. A small snort awakens you from your daze and you blush meeting the confused expression of the Unicorn. Lady Reaper walks up to you securely wrapped in her cloak. She smiles deviously shining her teeth with a nonchalant expression. "Yes, well, now that I'm decent and you've met Wysh." At this, her tone, the mare laughs and prances away as Lady Reaper feigns to pounce on her. She turns her attention back to you.

"Wysh is a Painted Unicorn for The Silver Unicorn. A very beautiful place." Lady Reaper ties her wet hair back but her red bangs, though chin-length, fall back over her eyes with a sprinkle of water. She blinks. "Wysh is of the Nai class, hence her being rather small." A snort attracts your attention and Wysh comes trotting towards you. "Size has nothing to do with it," you see a confident glint in the Unicorn once so shy, "aren't you only five feet tall? Somewhat short for your species!" Lady Reaper ruffles the mare's forelock. "I wasn't implying anything, love, but your class is known to be of shorter stature and decorative." The feline replies matter-of-factly and receives a nudge from the Nai Paint. Wysh looks you, still resting her head against Lady Reaper's thigh. "My name is Gavanian, the Paints adopted language, it means Horizon Mirror." She nods proudly and nickers softly as she's petted tenderly by her companion. "Yes and she's also of the Unlasta se Cassta, Times and Seasons, glory." The anthro laughs under her breath when Wysh tries to push her over. The mare nibbles at the cloak's sleeve, giving it a little tug, before bounding away. Lady Reaper follows suite to partake in this game of tag. You smile before continuing your exploration.
