The Dentist 2: Brace Yourself (1999)

Bernsen once again returns as the mad dentist, who went homicidal in the last film after catching his wife performing oral sex on the pool man. He's broken out of a mental institution and escaped to a small community where he hopes to build a new life for himself as the town dentist. (He kills the area's original doctor.) Naturally, he starts falling in love with another woman. When he suspects she's cheating on him, he goes crazy again. As more and more people slowly realize that he's the mad doctor from Los Angeles, he has to kill them to cover his tracks.
