Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988)

Michael and Dr. Loomis have survived the explosion at the end of Halloween II. Michael has been comatose for nearly ten years and is being held in a maximum security mental hospital. The night before Halloween 1988 they are going to transport him to Smith's Grove Sanitarium. However, they fail. During the ride Michael awakens when he hears that he has a niece. Jamie Lloyd, the daughter of his deceased(implied) sister Laurie. He kills the ambulance workers, escapes, and heads toward Haddonfield to track down his 9 year old niece played by Danielle Harris. When word of the accident reaches Dr. Loomis (who's badly scarred both mentally and physically from the first two movies) he heads toward Haddonfield to try to stop Michael and save Jamie.
