Hellraiser (1987)

Centuries ago there was a puzzle box made that if solved would open the gateway to hell. Frank Cotton discovered just what horrors await if you are unfortunate enough to have solved it. He managed to escape the hell however, and hells minions, the "Cenobites" are not happy. When Frank's niece Kirsty solves the box and awakens the cenobites, she makes a deal with them to bring them her Uncle Frank in order to save her life.
