A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987)

The last of the Elm St. children are all in a mental hospital. All being haunted by the same terrifying dreams, all about madman Freddy Kruegger. Nancy returns from the original, now older, and an expert in dreams, to try to stop Kruegger once and for all before he destroys them all.
