1 international foot = The distance traveled by light in a vacuum during 381/374 740 572 500 of a second.
1 international yard = The distance traveled by light in a vacuum during 1 143/374 740 572 500 of a second.
1 meter = The distance traveled by light in a vacuum during 1/299 792 458 of a second.
