To Download houses, download the .iff file to your sims/userdata# directory, where #=the neighborhood you wish to download to. Then put the file in the "Houses" directory. It will replace a house/lot already existing so make sure that the you have no important house in the lot you are downloading to (families will stay in the same lot regardless of the new house).
Descriptions:
The Church: This house requires the Livin Large expansion pack. The home has one two-person bed but has alot of pews in the sanctuary so other family members can sleep on them. There is a small kitchen area for church employees/elder/volunteers. A grill for church picnics, a basketball hoop, a parking lot, and a hot tub make this church fun for everyone! A classy piano in the foyer will keep the congregation happy as your priest, pastor, or Rabbi gives his or her sermons. Two thumbs up! Lot 1.

The Stilt House: Using the latest in cheating techniques, this house is almost entirely on the upper level, with the bottom level consisting of only four wooden support beams and a tiny room with a staircase within. It should work with any version of "the Sims" but it requires two other downloads from this site.
Requirements:Sauna wall and Sauna floor
The Ranch House: This house has a big pasture for pigs, dogs, or Star Destroyers. It is a pretty nice house with alot of expensive stuff. It goes into Lot 2 and requires the Livin' Large Expansion pack, as well as the "Gilded" wall treatment and "Gilded" Flooring from this site. It might have some other walls or floors from this site which I have overlooked.

The Ancient Roman/Greek House: With an easily identifiable motif, this house has as many ancient Greek and Roman things and styles I could possibly fit into a single house. It requires the Livin' Large expansion pack. It also has a small forum in the back yard with the Podium I made. Not a bad house. Lot 8.

The House of Frankenstein: This seemingly quaint and cosy Old English home holds many terrible secrets. Through a labyrinth of bookcases stand the entrance to Doctor Frankensteins first laboratory (before he got the one with huge electrical poles)! You'll find his gruesome experiments down there, as well as his prototype television and home-made robot. Lot 4.
