My name is Stephanie Romero and I have been married to my husband Dan for almost 14 years. We have three wonderful children: Daniel, 10 years old (5th grade); Caitlin, 7 years old (2nd grade); and Jacob, 5 years old (Kindergarten).
I have taught numerous workshops on prayer, marriage, parenting, and journaling. I have taught/led Bible studies in my home and in my church. But my greatest passion is writing! I have written numerous articles and newsletters via the internet and through my church's womens' newsletter. Some things I have written about are: Christian living, home schooling, marriage, parenting, and more. I also wrote my own home school curriculum.
I have such a heart to see women empowered by the Word of God and living fulfilled, active, godly lives. I believe in being open, real and honest. God has used my past and my experiences to encourage, inspire and teach women.
I was saved in my mid 20's and experienced God's deliverance in my life from alcohol, drugs, depression and more. He has brought restoration and healing to a marriage that has survived numerous obstacles (including adultery). He has taught me how to parent my children and used difficult times to grow me closer to Him. Our family has gone through various trials with our childrens' physical and mental health. But each trial has only served to draw me deeper into His arms and to know Him more.
God has brought me to a new season of life. After home schooling for five years, my children are now all in school and I am excited for what God is going to do in my life. I believe He has wonderful things in store!
