Driver Eric Winslow Makes Track History

SCOTLAND NECK - Limited Late Model racecar driver Eric Winslow, of Scotland Neck, made history on Sat., August 15.
He became the first driver to have three first-place wins in a row at Coastal Plains Raceway Park in Jacksonville.
After starting on the outside pole, Winslow raced door-to-door with pole sitter, and eventual runner-up, Dustin Turnage.
"After a 3 hour post race inspection and thorough engine 'tear-down,' we were declared legal, which is how we race," stated Winslow.
