Midwestern Athletic Conference-Hall of Fame
NOMINATION FORM – Class of 2004
Criteria for Nominations:
Wrestler: Any wrestler who wrestled for a school who currently participates in the MAC. The wrestler must have been a MAC finalist at least one time during his HS wrestling career. Inductees will be selected on their accomplishments in the MAC Wrestling Championships, as well as their overall Varsity accomplishments. (States, WPIAL’s, Sections, overall record, etc.) There is no minimum age or waiting period, except that current HS wrestlers will not be considered.
Coach: Any person who has coached a team which currently participates in the MAC. Coaches will be considered on their years of service and overall accomplishments. There are no restrictions, and current coaches may be considered.
Contributor: Any person or organization that has made contributions of any type to promote wrestling within the MAC and/or its member schools.
