[The scene picks up outside of the Pan America Center in Las Cruses, New Mexico where NWO CEO Shawn Hall has just arrived at the building in his stretch limo, along with "The Game" Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Chyna. The scene then goes into the arena where the pyro show has just come to an end, and Tony Schiavone and Mark Madden begins tonight's show.]

Tony Schiavone - Welcome fans, to another action packed Thursday Night Overdrive! We may have only three matches for you tonight, but you can bet, that these will be three of the greatest matches in Net World Order history!

Mark Madden - And Tony, this show has already gotten off to a great start! CEO Shawn Hall has just arrived at the arena with Triple H and Chyna! I can't wait to hear from them!

Tony Schiavone - For once Mark, I agree with you. I want to know why in the hell Hall and Helmsley cost Donaven Winters the NWO Hardcore Championship this past Monday Night.

[With that, "Break Stuff" by Limp Bizkit begins to blast out over the arena's loud speaker system. The fans begin to boo as CEO Shawn Hall, Hunter Hearst Helmsley, and Chyna all make their way out to the ring. Triple H and Chyna walk up the ring steps first, and hold the ring ropes open for CEO Hall as he climbs through. Hall stands in the middle of the ring next to Triple H as Chyna stands behind the two. CEO Hall takes a mic out from inside of his suit jacket pocket as the music begins to fade out.]

CEO Shawn Hall - NWOites, your god has arrived! Now if I can be serious for a minute, I need to explain my actions last Monday on Anarchy. I helped out Gideon Trait a little, and made sure that Donaven Winters did not become the NWO Hardcore Champion. Now, I want to make one thing perfectly clear. I was not helping out Trait! I was making sure that a NWO Championship didn't end up around the waist of a piece of shit like Winters! Now Winters is sitting in a Ohio hospital bed, with no feeling below his waist! And this seems like the perfect time, to give him the good news. This morning, Winters release papers were sent to his hospital room. So, we won't be seeing that jack ass around here ever again.

Now, about the three superstars that you see standing in front of you. CEO Shawn Hall. "The Game" Hunter Hearst Helmsley. "The Ninth Wonder of the World" Chyna. This, is the new Corporation! We run the Net World Order, and if people don't like it, well we've got three words for ya...

CEO Shawn Hall - But tonight, there will be a fourth member added to the team. Please welcome, Gorgeous George!

[The crowd erupts into cheers as Gorgeous George makes her return to pro wrestling! The former valet of "The Macho Man" Randy Savage struts to the ring, steps into the ring, which gets a huge pop as she bends over the ropes, then walks and stands next to CEO Shawn Hall.]

CEO Shawn Hall - As you can see, The Corporation has just gotten a lot more controversial. And that is just the way we like it! And believe me, this is not the end, this is only the beginning!

["Break Stuff" by Limp Bizkit hits again as The Corporation leave the ring, and head towards the backstage area.]

Tony Schiavone - The New Corporation?!? What in the hell are we going to do now?!?

Maxx Payne vs Jayzome Williams(round 1)

Lilian Garcia - Ladies and gentlemen, tonight's first match up is scheduled for one fall with a thirty minute time limit, and it is a first round match up in the World Heavyweight title tournament! Introducing first, weighing in at 295 pounds, Maxx Payne!

["Bad Blood" by The Matrix hits as Maxx Payne makes his way out from the back. The fans give a mixed reaction to Payne, with most of the fans cheering the big man.]

Lilian Garcia - And his opponent, Jayzom Williams!

[Jayzom doesn't even get more then three feet towards the ring before Maxx Payne takes him down with a vicious clothesline! The bell rings and the referee starts the ten count as the two men fight their way back to the ring. Payne trys for an irish whip into the guard rail, but the move it reversed, sending Payne crashing back first into the steel. Williams takes the chance to slide into the ring to stop the ten count that had gotten to six, before sliding back out to go after Payne.]

Tony Schiavone - This goes to show you just what the NWO World Heavyweight Championship means to these guys! They are tearing each other apart just to get the chance, to get the chance to be in the match for the title!

[Williams lifts Payne into the air, looking like he is trying for a back body drop, but instead rams Payne's "lower midsection" into the ring post! This time, Williams slides back into the ring, and waits for the ten count to continue on Maxx Payne. 3...4...5...6...7...8.. Payne slides back into the ring just before the count of nine, and is met with an elbow drop from Jayzom Williams. Williams goes for another elbow drop, but Payne rolls out of the way.]

Mark Madden - Come on Jayzom!

[The two wrestlers both get to their feet at the same time, and begin exchanging pounces, with the larger Payne getting the best of it. Payne kicks Williams in the guts, and lays him out with an evenflow DDT. Payne stays on the attack, locking Williams into the figure four. Williams reaches the rope, breaking the hold. But Payne doesn't let up, taking Williams down with a pulling piledriver. The fans go wild as Maxx Payne gives the sign for The Payne Killer.]

Tony Schiavone - Here it comes Madden! It's time for The Payne Killer!

Mark Madden - No! Come on Jayzom!

[Williams fights off the Payne Killer, trying to suplex Payne. Payne blocks the suplex, kicks Williams in the gut, lifts him high into the air, and hits The Payne-alty! Payne does go for the cover, but instead lifts Williams back to his feet, spins him around, and hits the Payne Killer!]

Tony Schiavone - Payne-alty followed by the Payne Killer! It's all over!

[The referee makes the count. 1...2...3!!]

Lilian Garcia - Ladies and gentlemen, your winner, and moving onto the second round, Maxx Payne!

Tony Schiavone - What a showing by both men! Maxx Payne just might be our next World Heavyweight Champion. And I'll tell you something Madden, Williams really impressed me out here tonight. It took everything from Payne to get the win. I am sure Williams has one hell of a career ahead of him.

The Baltimore Assassin vs Rampage(round 1)

Lilian Garcia - Introducing first, weighing in at 313 pounds, being accompanied to the ring by Lady Kelly, The Baltimore Assassin!

[The fans begin booing like crazy as Assassin begins making his way to the ring, along with Lady Kelly.]

Lilian Garcia - And his opponent. Weighing in at 258 pounds, accompanied by Jenny, Rampage!

[The fans boo, not as much as for Assassin, but booing none the less as Rampage and Jenny make their way to the ring.

Tony Schiavone - This match is going to be one hell of a contest Madden, but my pick is for Rampage to go onto the second round.

Mark Madden - What?!? Come on Schiavone, your not really as stupid as you look are you?!? TBA hangs out with porn stars!

Tony Schiavone - What in the hell does that have to do with anything?!?

Mark Madden - It doesn't have to do with anything. He hangs out with porn stars![mumbling under his breath]I wish I could hang out with porn stars.

[The match starts off with Assassin and Rampage locking up, with Ramp getting shoved down to the mat. But he's not down for long as the two lock up again. This time, Ramp gets the advantage and gets Assassin in a side headlock. Assassin takes a couple of steps back, then sends Ramp into the ropes. Ramp bouces off the ropes and misses with a clothesline. Assassin comes back and hits a belly-to-belly suplex. Even after the great move by Assassin, Ramp doesn't seem phased, and gets back to his feet, and goes face to face with Assassin.]

Tony Schiavone - Look at these two going face to face! Right hand. Right hand. Right hand!

[TBA and Rampage exchange pounces with Ramp getting the best of it, and then hitting a Implant DDT. Ramp goes for a spinning leg lock, but Assassin kicks him off, and gets back to his feet. The two men go face to face again. Rampage sticks his hand out, and he and Assassin shake hands as a show of respect.]

Tony Schiavone - Look at this! What a show of sportsmanship by these two NWO superstars!

Mark Madden - I know, it makes me sick. I can't believe that in this day in age, we have to see things like...YES! The Baltimore Assassin just leveled Rampage with a stiff right hand to the jaw!

[Assassin whips Ramp into the corner, but it gets reversed and Assasin himself goes crashing back first into the turnbuckle. Rampage charges in going for a big splash, but is met with Assassin's boot after a mafia kick. Assassin goes for the pin, but only gets a two count. Assassin brings Ramp back to his feet, kicks him in the guts, lifts him high in the air, and sends him crashing back down to the mat with a massive powerbomb. Assassin is about to go for another pin, but things better of it, and lifts Ramp back to his feet again. Assassin grabs Ramp around the waist, and hits the Ghetto DDT!]

Tony Schiavone - What a move by The Baltimore Assassin! I don't see how anyone could kick out of that!

[Assassin goes for the pin. 1...2...]

Tony Schiavone - What in the hell is he doing?!? TBA had the match won, but he just pulled Rampage back to his feet! I don't see the point in this. Peacmaker! Assassin hits The Peacmaker! It's over!

[The Baltimore Assassin goes for the pin again. 1...2...]

Tony Schiavone - This isn't right Madden! Assassin has had this match won twice, and he has pulled away from the pin both times. Now what in the hell is he doing.

[The fans begin chanting "table, table, table" as TBA jumps out of the ring, and begins pulling a table out from under the ring! Assassin sets the table up about three feet away from the ring apron, and then slides back into the ring.]

Mark Madden - It looks like The NWO Bad Boy is about to get Extreme Schiavone!

[Assassin brings Ramp to the ring apron outside of the ring ropes with him, lift him into the air, leaps off the ring apron and hits The Peacemaker through the table!]

Tony Schiavone - Oh My God! No! No! How in the hell could he do that to another person!

Mark Madden - I know! What a move by The Baltimore Assassin! I love it!

[Neither men are moving as the fans begin to chant "Holey Shit, Holey Shit, Holey Shit". The referee begins the ten count as both men begin moving on the broken table. 1...2...3...4...5...6...7 Assassin gets to his feet at the count of seven, but is so out of it he can't even find the ring! 8...9... Assassin finally slides into the ring just as the referee reaches the 10!]

Lilian Garcia - Ladies and gentlemen, your winner, and moving onto the second round of the world title tournament, The Baltimore Assassin!

[The fans begin cheering for The Baltimore Assassin out of respect for what he just did as Lady Kelly helps him to the back.]

Tony Schiavone - I can not believe what we have just seen Mark. I can only hope that both of these great superstars will be ok. Fans, we'll be right back.

( The scene is at the back on tonights show where everyone is getting ready to see the main event triple threat match where Apocalypse will be taking on Syzurz who will be talking on the 7-tme former TV champ Chris Jericho. Last night we saw the debut of Apocalypse and he looks to be a very strong competitor and he will be trying to earn the #1 spot at the top of the ladder where he will be taking the winner of the PPV if he wins tonight. Pamela Paulshock runs around a corner in a leather short skirt and catches Apocalypse.)

Pamela: Can I get a few words in with you?

Apocalypse: Is this the Net World Order or is this heaven? Wow where the hell did you come from?

Pamela: I came from heaven but I want to know what your feeling right before your first ever match.

Apocalypse: The only thing I feel right now is myself literally RISING UP to the occasion. For the match however I am feeling better than I am ever felt before, I feel more prepared than I have ever felt before and I can feel the adrenaline running through my body, I can feel butterflies in my stomach just waiting to go out there and put on a show but best of all I feel the excitement for the pain and hell I am about to inject to the body of two poor young women, one of them being Chris Jericho. You know, out of anyone I have ever seen here in the Net World Order, you have ran your mouth much more than anyone can even imagine doing. It just makes me want to rip through to TV and make damn sure that you wont be running your mouth again. Infact, now that I am thinking about it, I have been waiting for this day for quite some time to get the chance for you to shut your mouth.

Then when I look at the other opponent Syzurz, you know I have never really thought about facing a little punkass like yourself. I figured by the time I got here, some little man would have put your ass through hell already but I get I will be the one getting the liberaty of doing that. So both of you all listen up and listen good, play time is over and when its all said and done and the match is all over you will be looking at the one man who will be the taking on the next champ, and hell you are definately looking at the future Net World Order World Champion. Now I better get to ringside and baby, ill see you after the match.

Jim Ross- Now for our main event, the winner of this match gets to fight the winner of the World Heavyweight title tournament after the Pay Per View.

Jerry Lawler- New comer Apocalypse, NWO veteran Chris Jericho and the great Syzurz will go at it in a 3-Way match... I am looking for Jericho to win this match.

Jim Ross- Well here comes Chris Jericho right now!

Jerry Lawler- And there goes his opponent Apopcalypse from behind with a clothesline...

Apocalypse rolls Jericho in the ring and he follows only to get met by the boots of Chris Jericho. Jericho picks Apocalypse up and he throws him to the ropes Jericho hits a swinging neck breaker. Jericho runs and he bounces off the ropes and he hits a lionsault on the fallen Apocalypse. Apocalypse rolls out of the ring and Jericho runs and he jumps over the ropes with a suicide dive on to Apocalypse. Jericho picks Apocalypse up and he brainbusters him on the ground. Jericho climbs the ropes from the outside and he missile drop kicks Apocalypse but Apocalypse rolls out of the way and Jericho hits hard. Apocalypse finds a pole and he begins hitting Jericho with the pole. Apocalypse picks Jericho up and he body slams him on the mat. Apocalypse pulls a table from under the ring and he sets it up. Jericho low blows Apocalypse from behind Jericho pushed Apocalypse down on the table and he jumps on the apron and he springboards off the bottom rope through the table. Jericho picks Apocalypse up and he rolls him in the ring. Apocalypse throws Jericho to the ropes and he hits a drop kick on Y2J. Apocalypse picks Jericho up and he vertical suplexes Jericho. Apocalypse picks Chris Jericho up and he whips him to the turnbuckle. Apocalypse runs and he hits Jericho with a knee to the chest. Apocalypse climbs the ropes and he ten punches Jericho 1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9...10. Apocalypse picks Jericho up and he superplexes him off the tope rope. Apocalypse climbs the ropes and he jumps off and hits a flying elbow on Jericho. 1... 2 ...3 no Jericho kicks out before the three count was final. Jericho knees Apocalypse in the groin and he whips him to the ropes and he hits a superkick on Apoc.

Jim Ross- Jericho is making a come back

Jerry Lawler- Apocalypse was really making a good start too...

Jim Ross- Jericho hits a rolling DDts Apocalypse on the canvas.

Jerry Lawler- Jericho is going up to the ropes

Jim Ross- Jericho hits a moonsault

Jim Ross- Apocalypse with a low blow.

Jerry Lawler- Apocalypse just powerbombed Jericho... did you see that Ross?

Apocalypse picks Jericho up and he drops him on the ropes. Apocalypse picks Jericho up and he runs to the ropes and Apocalypse catches him with a sleeper. Apocalypse slams Jericho and he begins laying the boots to him. Apocalypse picks Jericho up and he puts him between his legs and he piledrives him. The camera goes split screen and it shows Douglas and Assassin arguing over who is going to help Jericho. Maxx Payne is walking out to the ring but Neil Stylez walks out and shoves Maxx Payne. Maxx shoves Neil and he falls off the side of the ramp through a table. Maxx looks off the ramp in disbelief and Douglas walks out and he bumps into Maxx and Maxx almost falls off but The Baltimore Assassin grabs his arm and pulls him up. Meanwhile Jericho is getting pounding on in the ring by Apocalypse. The Baltimore Assassin begins walking to the ring and Douglas points to the back and begins yelling him Assassin's face. Maxx Payne walks down as Apocalypse is on the top ropes. Maxx is about to hit the ropes when Douglas pulls Maxx's legs out from under him. Maxx shoves Douglas down as Jericho low blows Apocalypse and he he slams him on the mat. Chris Jericho begins climbing the ropes and Maxx turns around with out seeing who it is and he hits the ropes only to grab his face as he messed up the wrong guy. Douglas shoves Maxx for messing up and The Baltimore Assassin shoves Douglas out of the way. Neil Stylez gets in the argument all the while Jericho is getting pinned 1.. 2.. 3. Douglas, Assassin, Neil and Maxx look on only to get angered and they begin blaming each other.
