*The Team of PM Steel & Rukus (3GX) defeated Mr. Ed & Mr. Chumleywarner (Mr. Men) to become the first ACCW Tag Team Champions on December 18th, 2002 on the second Wednesday Night Loaded in ACCW history.
**Neo V & G-Pac were tag team champions during the ACCW's roster split from March 12th, 2003 - April 16th, 2003. Neo V wrestled on Showdown while G-Pac was a member of Loaded.
***G-Pac rejoined 3GX and turned on Neo V then traded to Showdown, thus G-Pac & PM Steel (New Age Outsiders) took the ACCW Tag Championships.
****Phil Botwin was permanently injured by Vick Stevens in a single match and left Paul Electric as the sole proprietor of the ACCW Tag Team titles. Fat Man & Breaker defeated Paul Electric in a handicap match to win the ACCW Tag Championships on February 7th, 2004.
